Kinley is a new suburb which will provide 3200 new homes, housing 8000 people and increasing Lilydale's population by 70%. Kinley presents an exciting opportunity for new housing in our local area. However, there needs to be adequate infrastructure to service a growing community in Mooroolbark and Lilydale.

WATCH: On 5 March 2019, I asked the Labor Government to outline their plans to invest in infrastructure around the Kinley residential development in Lilydale, especially the surrounding road network and the need for a new train station.
